Our next competition will be the Club Barebow Championship, on Saturday 20th June.  The round will be an AMERICAN, shooting 2.5 Dozen arrows at each of 60, 50 and 40 Yards. Timings will be as usual for a Saturday, and competitors must register by 12:15. Targets will be available for those who don't wish to compete.

Members will be aware that Ron Hurst, a long term club member, committee member and Treasurer, died on 13 March.  We were invited to make donations to the British Heart Foundation, in remembrance of Ron, and I can report that a total of £272.50 was sent to BHF on 11 May.  Many thanks to all who contributed.   

NEWS  20/02/2026- Our charity Leg Money Donation for 2025, a cheque for £100 has been taken to The Bexley Deaf Centre by our Charity Organiser, Eileen Mesure, assisted by Andy Longhurst.  We are very grateful to all those archers who paid their 20p's when hitting target- stand legs, and doubly grateful to those archers who generously rounded-up their totals by significant amounts at the end of the year.  (Leg-money donations are voluntary.)
